“I came up with something as soon as I got to the studio and taught it to the girls,” Davanna explained. She then worked closely with Lisa to perfect the routine. Davanna’s patience and expertise helped Lisa master the walk, hips, and shoulder movements.

Bankhead praised Davanna’s work, encouraging her to incorporate her signature style. “When I came in and was working with the song doing all of my pivots and turns I would say: ‘Oh that’s too much’ and he would stop me and say: ‘No that’s amazing,'” Davanna recalled.

Davanna’s impact extends beyond the runway. She runs the Diva Davanna School of Modeling & Etiquette in Newark, New Jersey. Her classes focus on more than just walking techniques. They aim to instill confidence in her students.
“Confidence is the biggest thing,” Davanna emphasized. She draws from her own experiences as a child star to empower others. “I grew up having all this confidence and now I’m able to instill that into others,” she stated.
