The Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE) has solidified its position as the largest entrepreneurial hub in the United States dedicated to fostering Black entrepreneurship.
Under the visionary leadership of two accomplished Black women, RICE is poised to redefine the landscape of entrepreneurial excellence.
Transformative Leadership: A Catalyst for Growth
Shawn M. Graham, CPA, has been appointed as the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, while Monica Delores Hooks, MBA, EDP, assumes the role of Chief Experience Officer.
Their collective expertise and proven track records are set to propel RICE’s mission of empowering Black entrepreneurs to unprecedented heights.

Shawn’s expertise will enhance RICE’s operational and financial frameworks, ensuring a robust foundation for entrepreneurs to thrive.
