A New Era in Atlanta Luxury Real Estate
Keianna Williams and Ebony Austin are changing the game in Atlanta’s high-end property market. Their new firm, Luxelle Brokerage, is designed to help clients buy, sell, and lease luxury homes while building generational wealth.
The duo, already known for their work with NouLuxe Realty, sees this venture as more than just business. “It’s about legacy, faith, and elevating our community,” says Williams. Austin adds, “Luxelle is not just a business—it’s a movement to make luxury real estate approachable and purposeful.”
From Vision to Reality: The Birth of Luxelle Brokerage
Williams and Austin launched NouLuxe Realty in April 2025 with a mission to redefine luxury real estate. Now, they’re taking things further with Luxelle Brokerage, focusing on Buckhead’s elite market.
Agent recruitment began in May, with a grand opening set for June 2025 in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. Their goal? To mentor the next wave of real estate professionals while ensuring more Black families and investors access high-value properties.
Meet the Women Behind the Movement
Keianna Williams has been in real estate since 2006. She earned her broker’s license in March 2025 after an intense five-week course. Her expertise spans residential sales, commercial deals, and property management.
Ebony Austin, founder of Nouveau Hospitality Group, brings a developer’s mindset and a philanthropist’s heart. She’s invested over $1 million in HBCU scholarships and housing initiatives. Together, they’re proving that Black women can dominate luxury real estate.
Why Luxelle Brokerage Stands Out
Unlike traditional firms, Luxelle prioritizes education and ownership. Williams and Austin want clients to see real estate as a tool for long-term wealth, not just transactions.
Their approach blends high-end service with community focus. Whether it’s first-time buyers or seasoned investors, they’re making luxury real estate more inclusive.
What’s Next for Luxelle?
The brokerage is already attracting top talent. Their agent training program ensures every team member aligns with their mission of legacy-building.
With Atlanta’s luxury market booming, Williams and Austin are positioned to lead. Their success could inspire more Black women to enter—and transform—the industry.
