Pepsi Dig In Teams Up with Pinky Cole Hayes
Pepsi Dig In, a platform dedicated to amplifying Black-owned restaurants, has joined forces with Pinky Cole Hayes, the founder and CEO of the renowned Slutty Vegan empire.
This partnership aims to uncover the nation’s best Black-owned restaurants with the help of patrons across the country.
Restaurant Royalty Program Invites Fan Nominations
As part of the third consecutive year of the Restaurant Royalty program, Pepsi Dig In is calling upon diners to nominate their favorite Black-owned eateries.
The initiative offers a range of enticing prizes, including foodie experiences nationwide and the opportunity to bring a nominated restaurant to MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas.
“Slutty Vegan wouldn’t be where it is today without its community of fans. From the start, they’ve been dedicated and loyal in supporting Slutty Vegan’s journey from a food truck to a multi-city restaurant chain and $100 million brand,” Cole Hayes said.
Rewarding Excellence and Supporting Growth
The winning fan-nominated restaurant will receive a coveted feature in the Pepsi Dig In Restaurant Royalty Residency in Las Vegas.
Additionally, they will benefit from one-on-one mentoring from Pinky Cole Hayes herself. Meanwhile, foodies and restaurants can participate in the Rewards for the Royalty program.
Empowering Black-Owned Businesses
Five of the most-nominated restaurants will receive point-of-sale hardware from Square, Yelp digital media credits, digital promotion by Pepsi Dig In and EatOkra, and enrollment in Black Restaurants Deliver – a program designed to enhance online presence and ordering capabilities.
Fan Prizes and Nominations
Fans have until June 30 to submit their favorite local restaurant on DigInShowLove.com and enter for a chance to win various food-centric experiences.
These include a grand prize trip for two to the Super Bowl in New Orleans in 2025, an intimate chef’s table experience in New York City, and more.
